RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the items original packaging has been opened or damaged
The provision of goods and services by Guru Scents is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract no administration fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Direct bank deposit or EFT payments must be made within 5 days of placing your order. Guru Scents will not accept any order if payment has not been received .

Guru Scents also uses the services of PAXI Standard which takes (7-9) business days with the rate of R100. Guru Scents makes every effort to get your packages delivered to you SAFELY & TIMEOUSLY
